Old Admiralty Building, SW1

Old Admiralty Building is one of eBrit Fire Protection longest, still ongoing projects. We have been awarded this contract by main contractor - Willmott Dixon following successful bidding in mid 2017 and have been working on it since.
Old Admiralty building is a live building which requires constant access and therefore work is progressing slowly but steadily. We are working closely with main contractor and building management team to minimise any inconvenience caused by our presence.

eBrit Fire were contracted by Willmott Dixon to do penetrations sealing and intumescent coating on this beautiful Grade II listed building.
Our highly trained operatives have been applying intumescent paint and a top coat to the newly installed, exposed structural steel within the building.
They are also making a good progress on Rockwool installation of intumescent system. It will redundant service penetrations through fire compartment floor slabs in Old Admiralty Building structure.

Our team of fire stoppers have been working on this site, on and off for over a year now and there is still loads to be done. All planned passive fire protection works are to be completed mid year 2020.
